I’m Paul. I founded a professional services company, grew it into a profitable SME, and sold it in a private-equity-backed deal. I've created other organisations from scratch too, and I now work with a small number of founders as a strategy and exit consultant.
The Back Story
Started something from nothing, grew it to two offices and a global team, and exited on my terms.
I did it without a playbook. Just hard work, great advisors, and lessons I wish I’d learned sooner. Now I help other founders build thriving businesses and achieve successful exits.

Why This, Why Me
Most business advice comes from people who've watched a lot of companies from the outside… advisors and consultants who've guided others, but never built or sold anything themselves.
I've started a business from a standing start, grown it through the hard early years, and seen it through to a successful exit. I've since guided and advised a number of founders, and built another brand from scratch. I know what the problems actually look like from the inside… not just the ones with tidy case-study endings.
Outside of business, I’m part of HM Coastguard’s Search and Rescue team, showing up for people on their worst day. It's a different kind of pressure, but requires the same instinct: staying calm, thinking clearly, getting it right.
